Jessie represents clients in a broad range of personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. She is dedicated to advocating for clients with compassion and clarity throughout the litigation process.

Jessie earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she competed on the National Trial Team and served as a Student Attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic. She clerked for the Honorable Stephanie P. Porter in the Circuit Court for Howard County, gaining valuable insight into trial advocacy and judicial decision-making.

Prior to law school, Jessie graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maine Honors College with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She was awarded Highest Honors on her thesis defense and was named the Outstanding Graduate of the Year. 

Jessie is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Baltimore City. In 2022, she received the Maryland Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Award. Originally from San Diego, she now lives in Baltimore City with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening.
